Long-time instructor Paul Davis will lead this Tai Chi class, which incorporates slow movement, deep breathing, a relaxed posture, and physical and mental balance.
Class will start with some gentle warm-ups, and then a few Chi Kung exercises which involve deep breathing, light strengthening and body movement. After the warm-up, Tai Chi practice starts with stepping, posture and alignment, and weight-shifting balance exercises.
Master Paul Davis has been studying Martial Arts since 1998 and is a 6th degree black belt in Shaolin Kung Fu. He moved to Fayetteville in 2017 with his lovely wife Melissa Graham. Master Paul currently trains in the Iron Mantis System under Sifu Jeff Hughes as he continually deepens his understanding and knowledge of the Ancient Arts of Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong and Kung Fu.
