Meet many animal friends in this informational and entertaining presentation
Animalogy fosters a love for animals through education and knowledge. Animals included in this visit are: Yellow Naped Green Amazon Parrot, Mountain Coatimundi, Pygmy goats, and a Straw-colored Fruit Bat. A lifelong nature enthusiast, Bob Tarter has a degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign). He spent time as a biologist for Ducks Unlimited and was a wildlife researcher and biologist the Department of Natural Resources for the State of Indiana.
Wild for Wednesday is our weekly summer series of performers for children and families. Performances are each Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. throughout June and through July 24th. (Please note we are closed on June 19th for Juneteenth). Performances are in our Event Center and large groups are encouraged to attend!
