Enroll in our free certification course where you will learn all about a manager's responsibilities in ensuring food safety with Chef Amon.
Throughout the course, we will explore various essential management topics, including:
- Implementing essential food safety practices
- Training employees
- Food safety management systems
- And much more!
This is a two-day course taking place on Monday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 17. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required for Food Protection Manager Certification.
Light snacks will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own lunch and/or $15-20 to spend at Handshake (on the 1st floor of the library).
The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts.
