Orlo Stitt will be openly sharing his extended commitment, ideas, practices, and principles of Holistically Green Living.
The focus of this program will be on encouraging more people to make a commitment—or stronger commitment—to saving energy and money and using clean carbon-free energy in various ways. Orlo Stitt and his family have worked to recycle waste, reduce pollution and practice sustainable living for 55 years—progressively more efficiently over time. These experiences and principles are what he would like to share more widely—for the related economic savings but also to combat destructive climate trends—for this and future generations.
Orlo Stitt has been a Certified Home Energy Rating Systems rater and has served on the board of directors of the Residential Energy Services Network. He is currently recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as a Certified Green Professional.
All abilities are welcome. For disability accommodations, call 479.856.7250 or email questions@faylib.org 2-3 weekdays before a program.
