Walker Community Room (3rd Floor)Diane with Grass Roots Taxes will discuss filing, record-keeping, accounting, pricing, and other financial components for keeping your small business compliant with the IRS.
Taxes for a business can be confusing, since the laws are always changing! Grass Roots Taxes grew from Diane learning “the system” of taxes by running several small businesses over the years, then moving on to help other businesses with her experience in 2001. She holds a BSBA in accounting and management and is licensed by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent. This is the highest credential awarded by the IRS, allowing her to represent taxpayers in all tax issues.
