This class builds upon the fundamentals discussed in Learning Lab: 3D Printing and dives deeper into some of the more complex aspects of print slicing and processing. We will explore a wide range of topics such as...

- Multi-color & multi-material printing
- Flexible/composite filaments
- Design considerations for 3D printing
- Smoothing & texturing techniques
- 3D printing in metal, clay, and chocolate!
- FDM/SLA for manufacturing & prototyping
PLEASE NOTE: This class does not replace Learning Lab: 3D Printing as the orientation or grant participants an equipment badge.
Learning Lab: 3D Printing is not a prerequisite for this class, though it is recommended for beginners or those interested in booking library equipment at a later time.
Participants are encouraged to bring any questions/challenges related to 3D printing to the class.
