Speaker JoBeth Evans will explore how to navigate grief, debunk common myths, address unhealthy distractions, and share practical steps to help you move forward on your healing journey.

In this one-hour session, participants will learn the basics of grief. We will discuss common myths about grief and unhealthy distractions from our grief. Plus, we'll learn basic steps to move forward. 

JoBeth Evans is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She is a mother of two whose husband died of brain cancer. She speaks not only from her education and training, but also from personal experience.

This program is free and open to the public. No registration required.
