In this one-hour session, participants will learn the basics of grief. We will discuss common myths about grief and unhealthy distractions from our grief. Plus, we'll learn basic steps to move forward.
JoBeth Evans is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She is a mother of two whose husband died of brain cancer. She speaks not only from her education and training, but also from personal experience.
