Learning Lab: 3D Printing (Ages 13+) *

Art & Movement Room (2nd Floor)Learn about FDM filament and SLA resin 3D printing! Each participant will earn a 3D print badge on their library card, allowing them to book the equipment anytime through our website.
This lab will focus on filament and resin 3D printing. We will cover safety, operation, and tips for using and preparing your 3D models for printing and post-processing procedures.
These learning labs are designed for new Fabrication Lab users so that CFI staff can provide information on specific equipment and teach users proper operating procedures and safety measures. Once patrons have completed the learning lab, they will receive a digital badge on their library card so that they can easily reserve lab equipment through FPL's website.
These learning labs are required for all users before booking an appointment to use the equipment.
