Bike riding is an incredible activity for all bodies, including bigger and plus size bodies.

Join All Bodies on Bikes Co-Founder and Executive Director Marley Blonsky for an informative workshop on cycling at all sizes. The workshop will discuss topics including buying a bike, bike fit and comfort, riding techniques, and gear/clothing. No previous riding experience is necessary.

Promote Accessibility: Empower participants to feel confident and comfortable entering the cycling community regardless of their body size.
Build Knowledge: Provide clear, actionable information about choosing the right bike, achieving a proper fit, and understanding the basics of cycling for plus-size riders.
Foster Empowerment: Address common concerns and barriers for bigger-bodied individuals to help them feel more capable and encouraged to start or continue cycling.
Encourage Community: Cultivate a sense of belonging among participants and introduce them to local resources, groups, and events that are welcoming to all body types.
Demystify Equipment and Apparel: Offer guidance on finding inclusive clothing and gear that enhances comfort and enjoyment while riding.
