See real meteorites and "meteorwrongs" up close in a display from the University of Arkansas Museum.

The University of Arkansas Museum will showcase a display of collection items including meteorites, commonly mistaken look-alikes, and a meteorite that fell near Fayetteville in 1934. Learn about these space rocks and have an opportunity to hold one yourself!

The University of Arkansas Museum preserves more than 7.5 million objects that fascinate all types of learners, from researchers and students to hobbyists and children. The museum’s collections explore archeology, ethnology, geology, history and zoology. The collections facility is open by appointment for individuals or groups, but there are many other ways you can explore the museum and participate in activities.
