Join Chef Amon as we learn how to prepare entire meals in a paper envelope, imparting huge flavors while steaming food for maximum flavor and nutrition. And clean-up is a breeze!

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained. 
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.

This class will be offered at 11am and again at 2pm. Please only register for one session. Register for the 2pm class here →
