Join the Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation for a cup of chai and a conversation about the current state and possible future of AI.
Over the last six years, artificial intelligence has moved from a niche technology to something many of us use every day. Alongside the excitement and anxiety, there’s still a lot of confusion about what AI actually is, what it’s good at, and where it tends to fall short.
This talk is a conversational presentation that takes a wide look at the state of AI: where it’s come from since 2020, what it’s doing in the workplace today, and what patterns suggest about the near future. We’ll explore the real benefits, the real limitations, and some of the unintended effects that come from integrating these tools into daily life and work.
The goal isn’t to predict the future with certainty and instead share a condensed overview of a wide variety of examples, of what’s been happening, how to think with AI in practical ways, and how to stay intentional about the role we want it to play in our engagement with it.
This event is free, but registration via Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation's website is required. Register here →
