Conquer the Kitchen: Salad Dressings *

The dressing on a salad is the finishing touch that makes all the difference. So lettuce have a moment to shake things up with the basics of homemade salad dressings! Dress up your greens for a garden party, as we ranch out into new flavor territories. No more needless spending on inferior bottled dressings. If you can Romaine calm under pressure, we will make some Caesariously delicious creations so your salads will be dressed to kale! By the end of this class, you will have mustard the courage to step up and be a Toss Boss. Chef Amon has vini-great expectations for this one!
This class will be offered at 11am and again at 2pm. Please only register for one session. Register for the 2pm class here →
Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:
- Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
- Long hair should be restrained.
- Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
