Introduction to American Mah Jongg

Ziegler Reception Room (1st Floor)Join us in a two part class to learn how to play American Mah Jongg.
Attendees will be taught American style 4-person Mah Jongg using the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) rules and the 2026 NMJL card. The curriculum will follow NMJL’s Instruction book, Mah Jongg Made Easy (revised 2024).
This is a two-part series, and registrants will automatically be signed up for both sessions upon registration.

+ Game Setup
+ The Charleston
And finish with guided play.
In part two on July 26, we'll cover:
+ Quick 101 Review
+ Questions
+ House Rules vs NMJL Rules

And finish with guided play.
