Join FPL's own Chef Amon as we learn how to use that quintessential citrus fruit, the lovely lemon.

When life gives you lemons, squeeze the day! Chef Amon will ade you in creating both savory and sweet treats that are un-peel-ievably delicious! Bright and tangy dishes such as Lemon-Parmesan Pasta and Lemon Buttermilk Pudding Cake will bring zesty sunshine vibes to the Dog Days of summer. Don't citrus one out! (Vitamin C what I did there?)

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained. 
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
