Learn how to prepare fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls with a peanut dipping sauce. The bright, crunchy freshness of these rolls are sure to put a spring in your step!

In this class, Chef Amon will guide you on how to create this visually appealing Vietnamese specialty with minimal fuss. Spring rolls are famously tricky to get right: the rice paper tears, it's hard to get a nice tight roll, and sometimes they just fall apart before you can get that last bit of wrapping around them. But there are a few tricks of the trade to make this your go-to treat when you're craving something light and tasty -  packed with flavor and texture. Join us and become a wrap star in your own right!

Please be prepared with the following safety guidelines:

  • Hairnets and aprons will be provided. You may wear a clean hat of your own if you prefer.
  • Long hair should be restrained.
  • Please wear long pants and closed-toed shoes.
