Day 1 Consultants

+ Katy Henriksen | NWA Democrat-Gazette, Trillium Salon Series

Topics: Communicating with the Media and Writing a Press Release

+ John Ferrante | E_O Space

Topics: Brand Blueprint/Strategy

John Ferrante is Co-Founder of EO Space, where he works with entrepreneurs and organizations to develop stronger brands through strategy, creative direction, and clear communication. His work focuses on helping people articulate what makes their business different and translating that into brands that drive growth.

+ Hannah Bailey | Studio Northwood

Topics: Personal Brand Consult

Explore how your story, skills, and creative work come together to form your personal brand. Whether you're building an audience, attracting clients, applying for grants, or seeking new opportunities, we'll discuss ways to communicate your value and connect with the people you want to reach. You'll leave with practical ideas, helpful resources, and clear next steps. Have a specific branding challenge on your mind? Bring it along. We can use the session to tackle what would be most helpful to you.

Hannah Bailey is the owner of Studio Northwood, where she helps small businesses discover how to talk about themselves with clarity, confidence, and personality. After studying illustration at John Brown University and spending seven years as an art director at a mid-sized PR agency, she started her own business, where she's spent the last six years helping organizations build brands that are as effective as they are beautiful. A Fayetteville native, Hannah loves hearing the story behind a business, asking good questions, and helping people find the words they've been searching for. She believes great design starts with listening, because design isn't just about making things look good, it's about telling your story.

+ Lydia Fletcher | Arrowmaker Agency

Topics: Brand Strategy, Crisis Communication, Content Strategy

Lydia Fletcher is a public relations strategist who helps organizations communicate clearly during periods of growth, change, and opportunity. As founder of Fletcher Media Consulting, she partners with businesses, nonprofits, associations, and community organizations to develop messaging that strengthens engagement, builds trust, and supports organizational goals. Before launching Fletcher Media Consulting in 2024, Lydia spent more than eight years as a journalist covering business, economic development, and regional growth across the South and Midwest. Her reporting has appeared in POLITICO, Tulsa World, Hill Magazine, and the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, most recently at the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, where she specialized in stories that helped audiences understand complex issues and the forces shaping their communities. Today, Lydia brings that same audience-first approach to strategic communications, helping organizations tell their stories more effectively, connect with stakeholders, and communicate their value with confidence. Her work spans media relations, content strategy, thought leadership, and messaging development, focusing on making complex ideas accessible and actionable.

+ Mia Tubbs | Social Mia

Topics: Social Media Strategy, Mini Social Media Audit

Mia Tubbs will offer one-on-one social media strategy sessions focused on helping creative entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders simplify their marketing, clarify their messaging, and create content that connects with the people they're trying to reach. Mia is the founder and creative director of Social Mia, a boutique social media agency that helps businesses tell more human stories online. Believing that social media should feel like an extension of a brand—not another item on a business owner's to-do list—Mia and her team partner with organizations to create authentic content, develop strategic messaging, and build meaningful connections with their audiences. Since founding Social Mia in 2020, Mia has worked with businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs across Northwest Arkansas and beyond, helping them transform social media from a source of stress into a tool for sustainable growth. Her approach blends storytelling, marketing strategy, and relationship-building to create online presences that are both professional and deeply personal.

+ Tram Colwin | Tram Colwin Studio

Topics: Storytelling through Art

Tram Colwin is a Vietnamese-American watercolor artist, educator, and small business owner. She grew up in Northwest Arkansas when her family immigrated here in 1996. Her art highlights her love of nature and the beauty found there.
