We will explore what makes a Board member great, how to avoid common pitfalls of Board recruitment, and where to find leadership potential in your community.

This four-part series, happening weekly throughout October, will explore the necessary board policies, volunteer management strategies, and distribution of power needed for Board members and Executive Directors to move nonprofits forward.
