Please join the Washington County Community Remembrance Project (WCCRP) on Saturday, May 15th from 12:30-4 PM for a Dedication and Awards Ceremony. The Coalition will be honoring Aaron, Anthony and Randall, three enslaved people who were lynched in Washington County in 1856. Join us for food, music, and guest speakers to honor their memory. As part of the ceremony, we will award the winners of the Equal Justice Initiative Racial Justice Essay Contest and will hear the winning essay.
