Join us for a 60 minute barre class for adults.
This class, suitable for both beginners and those familiar with barre, features large and small range movements designed to elevate your heart rate and strengthen your muscles. Barre is an energizing, full body workout!
This class will be taught by certified Barre Intensity instructor Jordan Anderson. Jordan’s love for barre comes from her dance background growing up. She instantly fell in love with barre eight years ago. Barre Intensity has become a wonderful and creative outlet for her to share her passion for barre! She is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Cooking Instructor for Healthy Honeybee.
Participants should bring water, a towel and a mat.
