Walker Community Room (3rd Floor)Falls can happen to anyone. Did you know falls are the leading cause of fatal and non-fatal injuries in Americans 65+? Learn the facts, risk factors and preventative measures for falls.
Dr. Heidi Agesilas will present the facts about the slips, trips, and falls which can happen to anyone. Seniors need to be especially mindful about falling. She will go over risk factors for falling as well as share the precautions you can take to prevent falls.
This program is free and open to the public. No registration required.
