Free weekly ESL classes for beginning and intermediate language studies taught by Ozark Literacy Council.
Fayetteville Public Library is proud to welcome Ozark Literacy Council for free beginning and intermediate ESL classes led by Lauren Malte on Thursdays, October 5–December 30. ESL learners will receive English language acquisition resources so that they can improve their daily English language skills long after the classes conclude. All students will be provided with digital accounts for easy access to practice and tutorials. The instructor will assign weekly assignments to assist skill development. Subject matter will include reading and speaking practice, listening exercises and writing assignments.
Goals for this multi-week session include
+ Learning how to expand language learning opportunities using digital technologies
+ Learning how to integrate mobile devices into classroom, distance or blended instruction
+ Overall improvement of English vocabulary, grammar, fluency and life skills at the beginning and intermediate levels
What to Bring to Each Class
+ A digital device (laptop, phone, iPad, etc.), since class will be taught with digital material

October 14: Orientation and Introduction
October 21–December 30: Class sessions
Class Levels
4–5pm: Beginning Level Sessions
5–6pm: Intermediate Level Sessions
