Very basic tips for starting your family tree.

Join us for an Introduction to Genealogy Lecture and hands-on class that will start you on your journey of learning your family history. Learn about the tools available for you in our genealogy department and the people who can help you use them.

The first hour will be a lecture on basic tips to start your family tree by following the census and how to use Ancestry and Heritage Quest search engines. The second hour will be a tour of our genealogy department and time to use the computers.
