Teens will learn about the Fabrication & Robotics Lab tools and equipment, and discover ways in which they can launch a small business of their own!
In this program, teens will learn all about the equipment and tools available in the Fabrication & Robotics Lab and discover how they can launch a small business using the tools and resources available in the Center for Innovation.
On Tuesdays participants will spend time in the Fab Lab, working on bringing their idea to life.
On Thursdays participants will work with local business leaders to learn more about the business side of things like: social media marketing, building your business plan, understanding your audience, and navigating ecommerce sites.
Those who join us will have access to the 3D printers, laser cutters, mold makers, soldering and more. Supplies for prototyping and developing your idea are included. The possibilities are endless!
This series is part of our ongoing From Maker to Market program, designed to support micro-entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Registrants will be signed up for all sessions automatically.
