Learn to prepare perfect pasta!

Pasta is a culinary powerhouse. When done well, it is an elegant dish that can be prepared quickly for both weeknight dinners or special occasions. When done not so well, it is a mushy mess that makes you wish you had ordered delivery. Now is the time to master those noodles with the FPL kitchen team! This class will share techniques for properly cooked pasta and demonstrate its versatility with pasta primavera.

Registration is required and class size is limited.
