With Kyndal Saverse
This class will be a chance to connect with others through play, storytelling, and relationship. Because self-embodiment is a prerequisite for authentic relating, somatic practices will be used to anchor ourselves into ourselves. This class will use elements of inquiry, movement, games and communication. Participants will be able to explore themselves, connect with others and become more authentic versions of themselves through others.
"In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it." -Marianne Williamson
