With Kyndal Saverse

This class will be a chance to connect with others through play, storytelling, and relationship. Because self-embodiment is a prerequisite for authentic relating, somatic practices will be used to anchor ourselves into ourselves. This class will use elements of inquiry, movement, games and communication. Participants will be able to explore themselves, connect with others and become more authentic versions of themselves through others.

"In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it." -Marianne Williamson

Kyndal Saverse is a dancer, gardener, lover, shaker, writer, reader and conscious consumer. She is the founder and director of Fayetteville Movement Festival (FMF) and her overall mission is to inspire folks to move. Originally transformed by yoga, Kyndal began teaching after pursuing her 500 RYT from the Yoga Deza Institute in Fayetteville. Since then, she has led classes in Osho Dynamic Meditation, 5rhythms (dance), and all forms of dynamic and creative movement. Most recently, she has fallen in love with Contact Improv (CI), a very rewarding and progressive form of community movement. If you would like to stay in touch with movement opportunities in the community, you can follow FMF on instagram @fayettevillemovementfestival.
