Gathering the information needed to plan an effective nonprofit fundraising strategy.

This two-hour workshop will begin with a 45-minute presentation and then move to hands-on help. Staff from Melanie Palmer Consulting will be available to assist nonprofits in creating a development plan. 

Participants will consider their nonprofit's past, present, and future fundraising goals, fundraising capacity, and relationships with donors in the formation of this plan.
