A Barre3 instructor from the Fayetteville studio will lead a class for registered participants who want to experience a thorough workout that still manages to be low-impact.
Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, Barre3 tones and lengthens all major muscles, revs your heart rate, and strengthens your body. It is suitable for most ages and any level of athleticism. An instructor will provide modifications to serve your body and make sure you are getting the most out of each posture during class.
Attire should be comfortable and allow for freedom of movement. Bring water! A yoga mat will be provided for attendees who do not have their own.
Registration is required and begins August 12.
