Please join us for a yoga class inspired by the four elements with instructor, Whitney Vogler! Each week, the class will be centered around one of the four elements. This class is for students of all skill levels.
Week 1: Air
Week 2: Fire
Week 3: Earth
Week 4: Water
With over 10 years of personal yoga practice, Whitney Vogler just completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher training program and is excited to share this practice with her community. Her personal practice is heavily influenced by mindfulness and meditation. She believes that weaving these elements in to the asana practice breaks down the ego, opens one's heart and invites a new sense of bliss to life.
