Teachers will share their experience participating in a Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic expedition to Antarctica.

In 2023, Fayetteville High School science teacher Matt Holden and Helen Tyson Middle School EAST educator Brittany Berry were selected as Grosvenor Teacher Fellows who would participate in Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic expeditions to Antarctica. Holden and Berry will share their experiences, educate about the Antarctica continent and discuss threats to its environment and wildlife.
The Fellows will provide insights into how their experiences can be used to teach all ages about the "Explorer Mindset" and the interconnectedness of the human and natural worlds.

This interactive presentation is free and open to the public.
