Join us for an adventure into oneself through yoga! Led by Melissa Eudey, this class will take you on a journey into your own body and mind. Come with an open heart and leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and connected to the adventurous spirit within.
This class is open to yoga beginners or more experienced enthusiasts. Instruction will be offered in both English and Spanish.
About the Instructor
Melissa has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. After years off and on the mat, she started a consistent practice in 2020 as a way to find mental stability and grounding during a dark, lonely, and confusing time in her life, when she lacked the tools, resources, or awareness to navigate the challenges she faced. For Melissa, yoga has the power to open you up to your most authentic self, and allows you to use your energy to elevate others. It continually supports her physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, and she is honored to share this practice with everyone in the community.
Melissa is devoted to supporting, empowering, and educating mothers, families, and communities. She is a 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), a Birth & Postpartum Doula, and a Certified Indigenous Lactation Counselor. With a background in public health, Melissa's goal is to work with, advocate for, hold space for, and support underserved populations.
