About the presenter:

Micah Cain has been a musician for the past 20 years and has a deep desire to see the best come out of those he’s around. Whether it’s from the lens of an audio engineer or as a musician, he’s had the opportunity to work with numerous different engineers, producers, tech teams, worship teams, artists and varying organizations. As part of the start of his professional musical journey, he filled the role of lead guitarist with a worship band, known as The Shine, whom he traveled with for almost 5 consecutive years. This led to many opportunities to fill the role as a musician in other bands as well as to be a session player and gain studio experience from the artist's point of view. As he started becoming more versed on the audio side of things, his past experiences shed light on how important the studio process is from the artists’ perspective. From that realization, Micah started his recording studio, White River Studio, where he connects with artists in a unique way that renders a great experience as well as quality sounds that the artist can be proud of. Micah currently fills the role as a music director, producer, AVL director, front-of-house engineer, and the lead recording, mix, and mastering engineer at White River Studio. When Micah’s not spending time working on live events and studio projects, he loves spending time making memories with his wife Beth, and their three kids: Josiah, Evie and Leo.
