Learn the essentials of program evaluation in the arts to effectively measure and communicate the impact your programs have on communities.

This workshop, presented by Kaitlyn Hardiman, covers techniques for assessing community needs and evaluating arts programs to ensure they align with these demands. Participants will gain practical skills in collecting, measuring, and communicating their findings and impact to stakeholders, enhancing program relevance and success.
