You can expect to improve joint and muscle flexibility, increase strength and endurance, normalize weight, improve posture, decrease back pain, and experience mental calmness and stress relief.
Jen Sweeney is a recent graduate of the Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center Instructor Certification Program and is thrilled for the opportunity to teach at our beautiful library. VariYoga was created by Andrea Fournet and it is a safe, accessible, sustainable and adaptable yoga practice that includes gentle flows with the option of adding more challenging movements.
