Brief one-on-one sessions to help with everyday computer tasks.
Library staff will be available for brief one-on-one sessions to help patrons with questions about everyday computer tasks and using library digital resources. This session is not for advanced troubleshooting or technical help. Want to know how to save or move a file on your laptop? Add an image to a PowerPoint slide? Change font styles, colors, sizes? Find templates for resumés? Unsubscribe from unwanted emails?
Library patrons can drop in to receive assistance with computer-related questions like using library services, or basic computer tasks. We'll work with you individually to offer guidance and answer questions.
While registration is not required, you can send your question in advance to questions@faylib.org.
All abilities are welcome. For disability accommodations, call 479.856.7250 or email questions@faylib.org 2-3 weekdays before a program.
