Kitchen Essentials: Knife Skills *

Sharpen your kitchen skills by learning proper knife techniques.

If you want to become a more effective home cook, then take time to sharpen your skills with this Kitchen Essentials class. FPL's own Chef Amon will instruct you on safe and effective knife skills, as well as how to properly care for your kitchen cutlery.

The class will learn slicing, dicing and mincing techniques to prepare a healthy salad from fresh seasonal produce.
