If you want to become a more effective home cook, then take time to sharpen your skills with this Kitchen Essentials class. FPL's own Chef Amon will instruct you on safe and effective knife skills, as well as how to properly care for your kitchen cutlery.
The class will learn slicing, dicing and mincing techniques to prepare a healthy salad from fresh seasonal produce.
Registration is required and space is limited. This class will be offered twice at 11am and 2pm. Register for the 11am class here →
