From drafting emails and summarizing articles to brainstorming creative ideas, learn how to use AI as an everyday assistant.
This beginner-friendly class explores what AI can do for you, introducing popular tools like ChatGPT and Claude and showing you how to get the most out of them.
Presented by Hogcloud, a Fayetteville-based Cloud Solutions Provider.
We’ll cover the essentials of working with AI, including how to ask effective questions (prompting), how chain-of-thought reasoning works, what RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) means, and how to spot and handle “hallucinations” when they occur. Along the way, you’ll practice building prompts you can actually use—in work, school, and daily life.
Perfect for students, professionals, small business owners, or anyone curious about new technology, this class will give you the confidence to use AI as your own personal assistant—helping you save time, spark creativity, and stay organized. No prior experience required!
