Ravioli is a type of stuffed pasta. Originally from Italy, it is now enjoyed around the world. We will be learning to make a pumpkin ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce in this edition of Teen Cuisine.
Aprons and hairnets will be provided following health and safety standards, but participants may wear their own hats during the program.
