Caretaking for the Caregiver

Walker Community Room (3rd Floor)Elizabeth Berner with the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service will present a session about the importance and benefits of self-care for caregivers.
The presentation will include tools for building a self-care routine, ways to support the caregivers in your life, and help you answer the question, "How can you prioritize your own mental, physical, and emotional health while providing day-to-day care?"
