New to yoga? Please join us for this beginner class!

An introductory yoga series accessible to a diverse range of abilities. Focusing on breath, meditation and intentional body placement, this series provides a baseline opportunity for individuals to build autonomy within a personal yoga practice as well as the confidence to attend public classes.

 

Rachel Ingenthron completed her 200h yoga teacher training through Circle Yoga Shala and is currently completing licensure in massage therapy through The Edge School of Massage. She instructs yoga for all ages throughout Northwest Arkansas and works as an art teacher for the Fayetteville Public School District.
