Join us in the FPL Teaching Kitchen to learn how to master meringue by exploring French and Italian style methods to elevate your summer pies.

Does your meringue weep?  Don't cry and don't reach for the whipped topping as a substitute, learn to master meringue at the library! 

 

French and Italian meringues are delicious additions to pies and custards.  Join us in the FPL Teaching Kitchen to master meringues and learn how to avoid the common pitfalls associated with this luscious topping.

 

Registration is required and space is limited.
