Free COVID-19 vaccines for anyone 5 years and older. Moderna and Pfizer 1st & 2nd doses, as well as boosters will be available. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Social security number, proof of citizenship status and insurance are NOT required! Walk-ins are welcome!
Get a $20 gift card for getting your vaccine and taking a short survey! Parents/Guardians can complete the survey and receive the gift card for a child getting vaccinated. Blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and A1C checks will also be available.
