CFI: Audio Production Studio (1st Floor)

This class is intended for those interested in recording in the Audio Recording Studio in the Center for Innovation.

This orientation is a hands on experience and will familiarize the user with our specific studio and provide a basic Pro Tools overview. All studio users are required to complete this orientation before using the space and equipment.

 

In this course, users will learn how to:

  • Navigate the patch bay
  • Set up a Pro Tools session
  • Power and set up microphones
  • Set up and save files to the AVID Nexis
  • Operate the studio with proper etiquette and care

 

Classes are for users 15 and over, please. 

This is a basic course that will orient patrons to the equipment and tools available in the Center for Innovation.
