This yoga basics series is perfect for beginners or those who have never taken a yoga class.
If you've been intimidated by yoga, this class is for you!
We will go over basic breathwork and breathing exercises that can be used on and off the mat, along with learning basic yoga poses such as child's pose, downward facing dog, mountain pose, forward fold, and more. This class will include light yoga flow and movement.
This is a four-part series, though attending all four classes is not required.
