Maybe you are unfamiliar with the flavor profiles of curry or maybe you simply lack the time for a delicious, slow-cooked variety. Don't abandon your curry curiosity! Dry rub curry is a fast alternative for dinner and is an appetizing choice for lamb, goat, chicken, shrimp or cauliflower. Join the FPL kitchen team to make dry rubbed curry chicken and goat.  So, explore your spice rack, find the curry profile you love and skip the curry carry out.

Space is limited and registration is required.  All participants must wear closed-toe shoes and wear hairnets or hats during the class and no outside food or beverage will be allowed into the kitchen during class.
