A team of volunteer yoga instructors will teach a variety of in-person yoga every week. Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. This week's session will be taught Vlada.

Vlada - The passion to share yoga began 11 years ago with a personal physical healing experience through yoga practice. Recognizing all the benefits of movement and emphasizing the connection between body and mind as well as breath work, I invite you to join YOU on the mat. Come heal, grow, balance, ground, be still, breathe, sweat, strengthen, experience resistance and align.
