Learn how to make some delicious African food.
Come celebrate Black History Month at the library with this West African dish. In this teen cuisine, teens in grades 5-12 will learn how to make a simple jollof rice, a popular West African dish, particularly in Nigeria and Ghana. It's also known as benachin or riz a graus.
Aprons and hairnets will be provided following health and safety standards, but participants may wear their own hats during the program.
