with Dana Dever

Join Dana Dever for a gentle flow yoga series! This class is designed to be for everyone, especially those new to yoga or with no prior yoga experience. Dana will provide a comfortable place to start for those new to and curious about yoga. Participants will learn poses and names, then ease into it with gentle yoga flow. Modifications will be provided and encouraged. All are welcome.

Dana Dever loves being connected to the community and volunteering! She recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and after teaching dance and gymnastics for over ten years. Dana loves finding new ways to help people feel better! Let's share our practice together! You can find her at @downdogdana.
