Karen is a member of the Association of Independents in Radio (AIR), a global community that provides training for podcasters, story editors, and audio producers. As the co-founder of the Arkansas Podcast Collaborative, a nonprofit supporting podcasters in Arkansas, she is committed to nurturing and growing the local podcasting community.
