Teens will learn how to cast using common fishing rods.
Teens are invited to a hands-on program with our friends from the Ozark Highlands Nature Center. This introduction to fishing allows students to learn how to cast common fishing rods. The goal is to cast a practice plug and catch a (simulated) fish from the comfort of dry land. The more accurate the cast, the more fish can be reeled in.
This program is free and open to teens in grades 5-12. All materials will be provided.
Registration is required and will open on August 15th at 9:00am.
